Some specific Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in scaling and managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Robust expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Python with experience in full-stack development.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure management.
- Experience in designing and implementing microservices, distributed systems, and API architectures.
- Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic technical decisions.
- Experience in handling high-scale applications with millions of users.
