Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on managing the complete inside sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and closing sales for DrillBit’s plagiarism and AI detection solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads through calls, emails, and online meetings, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing timely follow-ups. The Inside Sales Executive collaborates with marketing and customer success teams to align campaigns, address customer inquiries,



and support renewals and upsell opportunities. The role also involves understanding customer requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Robust Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience managing end-to-end sales cycles and working toward defined targets.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and prospecting, including identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Comfort using CRM and sales tools, with the ability to document activities, track metrics, and prepare basic sales reports.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in SaaS, EdTech, or academic solutions sales is an advantage.
