Job Description

The Chief Business Officer will be responsible for:
- Defining and executing the company's long-term business growth strategy.
- Driving revenue, profitability, and market share across all channels.
- Leading commercial functions including sales, partnerships, growth, and business development.
- Identifying and launching new market, product, and channel expansion opportunities.
- Building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, retailers, and ecosystem players.
- Collaborating with marketing, product, supply chain, and finance teams to achieve business objectives.
- Establishing performance metrics and driving operational excellence across business units.
- Leading and mentoring high-performing teams while fostering a data-driven culture.




- Providing strategic insights to the leadership team and board on growth opportunities and risks.

The Successful Applicant
- MBA from a premier institution preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in business leadership, commercial strategy, or general management roles.
- Proven track record of scaling high-growth consumer, retail, D2C, e-commerce, or lifestyle businesses.
- Strong expertise in revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Consulting turned
- Highly analytical with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing large teams and cross-functional business operations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
