Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Understand design briefs, project requirements, and brand guidelines to develop appropriate creative concepts.
- Conceptualize and create visual designs, illustrations, layouts, logos, presentations, and other graphic assets.
- Prepare initial concepts and design drafts for review and stakeholder feedback.
- Select appropriate typography, colors, imagery,



and layouts based on project objectives.
- Create designs using industry-standard graphic design and creative software.
- Collaborate with copywriters, creative teams, and stakeholders to develop cohesive final designs.
- Adapt creative assets for different digital, print, social media, and marketing requirements.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining visual consistency.
- Ensure all final graphics meet quality, branding, and production standards.
- Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
- Support and guide fellow designers on specific projects when required.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
