Hi I m Giulia also known as Only One Giulia I m an Italian content creator with a community of 550k people on YouTube and 140k on Instagram Since 2018 I ve been creating content led by authenticity with the mission of acting as a cultural bridge between Europe and India and bringing people together through storytelling - The heart of my business is building meaningful brand partnerships and creating digital products that help people - I m looking for a Brand Manager Creative Coordinator to be my right hand - someone who can keep things organized grow collaborations bring in fresh ideas and isn t afraid to step outside their comfort zone This isn t just an assistant role You ll be representing me with brands organizing shoots and making sure the creative wheels keep turning Location My work is split between Europe and India When I m in Mumbai I ll need you with me on-site for shoots events and coordination When I m in Europe the role will be fully remote - If you re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments loves both structure and creativity and has the confidence AND the proactivity to handle everything from negotiating deals to helping me at a shoot - then this might be for you What You ll Be Doing - Reaching out to brands PR agencies and collaborators to land recent partnerships - Handling brand correspondence contracts and making sure follow-ups actually happen - Conducting research to identify opportunities for partnerships collaborations and content development - Organizing shoots from outfits and locations to videographers and logistics - Bringing creative ideas and research for future content - Keeping admin under control emails invoices payments incoming outgoing - Assisting with social media e g drafting posts preparing graphics on Canva and helping ensure brand consistency - Coordinating freelance creatives editors designers videographers and onboarding new ones - Coming along to shoots PR events and occasionally filming me when needed in Mumbai - Basic
