We are looking for an experienced Insights Analyst – BI & Reporting to transform complex business and market data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with particular emphasis on experience working with Circana and IRI data, business intelligence, market analytics, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, developing insightful reports and dashboards, and presenting findings to business stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate data into actionable insights, and improve reporting processes through automation and analytical best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets from Circana, IRI, and other market and business data sources.




- Develop and maintain recurring business reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful BI reports, analytical models, and data-driven insights.
- Identify market trends, business opportunities, performance gaps, and key drivers through quantitative analysis.
- Support sales, marketing, category, commercial, and leadership teams with actionable business insights.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze product, category, customer, market share, pricing, distribution, and competitive performance data.
- Create executive-ready presentations and reports that clearly communicate key findings and recommendations.
