Job Description

Roles Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that align with project objectives and client requirements.
2. Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for a variety of mediums including videos, presentations, advertisements, and social media content.
3. Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and (blender is a plus) to create dynamic visual elements.
4. Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, and other team members to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity throughout all projects.
5. Incorporate feedback and make revisions to motion graphics based on client and team input, ensuring that the final deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
6. Stay updated on emerging trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics design to continuously improve skills and bring innovative ideas to projects.

Work efficiently and manage time effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide updates on progress, and address any concerns or challenges that arise.
9. Adhere to project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope.

Required skill sets:

1. Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design, with a robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and styles.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop), (Blender is a plus) and/or other relevant animation tools.
4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
