The Technical Client Partner owns the end-to-end client relationship and technical project delivery for North American enterprise accounts. They bridge the gap between business goals and engineering execution. They manage client stakeholders, drive revenue growth, deliver high-impact demos, and ensure technical teams deliver high-quality, scalable AI/ML and cloud solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Presentation
- North American Account Ownership: Serve as the primary, trusted technical point of contact for enterprise clients
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver high-impact, persuasive live demonstrations and technical pitches to client decision-makers, validating engineering feasibility and modern cloud capabilities.
- AI/ML Value Translation: Translate complex AI/ML mechanics into transparent business value propositions. Explain the direct return on investment (ROI) of predictive models and Generative AI pipelines.
Technical Delivery Oversight
- AI & Cloud Delivery:
Lead cross-functional engineering, product, and QA teams to successfully deliver complex enterprise web/mobile apps, serverless architectures, and generative AI pipelines.
- Milestone Ownership: Manage agile sprint cadences, track technical deliverables, and proactively clear project roadblocks.
- Account Engineering: Partner with technical leads to design scalable, production-grade solutions that fit client budgets.
Value Realization & Metrics
- Success Metric Tracking: Define, monitor, and report on key implementation success metrics (e.g., system latency, model accuracy, business process automation efficiency, and infrastructure cost reductions).
- Value Reviews: Conduct formal value-delivery presentations back to the client's executive sponsors to justify ongoing investments and prove system performance against initial benchmarks.
