Job Description
- 6+ years as a Product Owner or in a similar role within Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in backlog management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and requirements.
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Ensure continuous improvement and innovation in the product lifecycle.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Developers, and Designers to ensure timely and quality feature delivery.

Key Requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.




- Continuously refine and adapt product requirements based on feedback and changing priorities.
- Communicate product updates, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
