Manager - Project Finishes About MAX Healthcare Max Healthcare Institute Limited MHIL is one of India s largest and most valued private hospital chains with 22 healthcare facilities across key locations including Delhi NCR Mumbai Mohali Bhatinda Dehradun Lucknow and Nagpur With a workforce of 35 000 professionals including 5 000 clinicians and 12 000 nurses and paramedics MHIL delivers high-quality advanced healthcare services The organization also operates Max Home a leading healthcare-at-home service across 12 cities and Max Lab offering 2 700 diagnostic tests in 50 cities across North India Role Overview The General Manager - Head of Finishes will lead and deliver all interior External finishes and fit-out works for large-scale hospital projects The role requires deep hands-on expertise in site execution vendor management quality control budgeting and timelines ensuring seamless delivery from concept to final handover Experience in healthcare luxury hotels or premium residential projects is strongly preferred Ensuring projects are delivered on time as per approved design quality and brand standards Key Roles and Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of interior finishes fit outs across hospital projects Oversee all finishing stages including flooring ceilings wall finishes lighting joinery furniture fixtures and equipment FF E Manage site execution daily progress sequencing and coordination with civil MEP and clinical planning teams Lead and coordinate contractors vendors and suppliers tiles furniture lighting modular units MEP interfaces Ensure quality control adherence to design intent hospital standards and regulatory requirements Drive timely project delivery in line with approved schedules and milestones Handle procurement cost control and budget monitoring for all finishing materials and scopes Resolve site challenges proactively while maintaining speed safety and quality Coordinate with internal stakeholders consultants architects and project leadership
