Why This Role Matters
Eriez Magnetics India is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Head – Heavy Industry to lead and grow its Heavy Industry business in India.
This is a key business leadership position with end-to-end responsibility for business growth, revenue, order intake, profitability, market expansion, strategic accounts, customer relationships, and organizational capability development.
The successful candidate will lead a high-performing commercial organization and develop sustainable growth across key Heavy Industry sectors including steel, cement, mining, power, ports, recycling, and bulk material handling.
Beyond delivering sales results,
this role will be responsible for building future leadership capability, developing talent, driving strategic business planning, strengthening market leadership, and contributing to the long-term growth strategy of Eriez India.
This position is also viewed as a key leadership succession role, with the potential to progress into broader country-level commercial leadership responsibilities based on demonstrated business performance, leadership effectiveness, and organizational impact.
