Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role located in Bhubaneswar. The Social Media Manager will oversee daily social media operations, including strategy creation, content planning, and execution. The role involves managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing engagement through SMO,



and collaborating with the content team. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with marketing goals and drive brand growth through targeted online campaigns.

- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in writing and developing Content Strategies
- Excellent Communication and collaboration skills
- Experience analyzing social media performance metrics and reporting insights
- Knowledge of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with paid social ad campaigns is a plus
