Company Description AECOM s Enterprise Capabilities team is looking for an Designer - HVAC BIM to join our team in Gurugram About Enterprise Capabilities Fundamental to our Think and Act Globally strategy and digital adoption Enterprise Capabilities EC is AECOM s primary vehicle for workshare Operating across geographic boundaries and time-zones EC partners with regional and Global Business Line project teams to provide technical expertise accelerate delivery and keep AECOM competitive in the industry With a team of over 3000 technical professionals located across nine countries and remote technical anchors EC teams are trusted to deliver high-quality specialist services that help to fill capability gaps resourcing needs and technical constraints on projects of all scopes and sizes Start here Grow here Performs complex BIM or Plant Data Centric assignments involving the use of multiple application platforms such as Revit Intergraph SmartPlant Plant 3D etc software to achieve set results and deadlines Duties and Responsibilities Works under general supervision to complete HVAC BIM design projects Directs project support and production for assigned projects creating drawings as required using standards and content to meet job requirements objects within the drawing doors lights etc Develops and maintains HVAC system models including ductwork piping and equipment layouts Coordinates with other disciplines structural electrical plumbing to ensure proper integration of HVAC systems within the overall building model Maintains and updates BIM content libraries specific to HVAC components and systems Collaborates with engineers and architects to optimize HVAC system performance and energy efficiency through iterative design processes Prepares and presents design options and recommendations to project managers and clients Stays current with industry trends current technologies and best practices in HVAC BIM design and implementation Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical
