Summary This position is responsible for designing highly complex modules critical components or a whole application product in its entirety Has the vision to integrate it across multiple systems This position works independently and is seen as a technical leader The position is responsible for driving the design and development efforts related to architecture scalability availability and performance in alignment with the product application roadmap GE Healthcare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator Our mission is to improve lives in the moments that matter Unlock your ambition turn ideas into world-changing realities and join an organization where every voice makes a difference and every difference builds a healthier world tex In this role you will be responsible for Cloud Design Implementation Design develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as EC2 S3 Lambda DynamoDB SQS EventBridge Kafka Implement IoT solutions utilizing AWS IoT Core Greengrass and other relevant AWS IoT services Design and maintain microservices using containerized applications using Docker and ECS EKS and Lambda Develop and maintain backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot Develop and maintain Python test framework System Optimization Troubleshooting Monitor and optimize cloud-based systems for performance scalability and security Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure and Java Python application issues Collaboration Documentation Work closely with development DevOps and security teams to ensure cloud solutions meet business requirements Create and maintain detailed documentation including architecture diagrams deployment scripts and operational procedures Security Compliance Implement best practices for cloud security including IAM VPC and network security groups Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Continuous Improvement Stay updated with the latest advancements in AWS
