Job Title BDM Location Office No-1559 15th Floor Gaur city Mall Near-Char Murti Chowk Greater Noida West Department Sales Reports to BDM Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven BDM to join our dynamic sales team The BDM Representative will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by reaching out to potential customers presenting our products and services and closing sales The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with superior people skills and the ability to handle rejection with resilience Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our products services Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product line and services Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects Handle customer inquiries objections and complaints in a professional and effective manner Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Provide regular feedback to the Telesales Manager on market trends customer feedback and areas for improvement Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Representative or in a similar sales customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Robust persuasive and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent a bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is a plus Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers Preferred Skills Previous experience in the specific industry industry Multilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies Working Conditions Full-time position Stan
