This is a hands-on paid media role focused on scaling customer acquisition across a growing portfolio of B2B technology brands.
You will own the execution and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across multiple campaign formats.
The role combines performance marketing, data analysis, experimentation, and conversion optimization to drive measurable business outcomes.
You will work closely with Analytics, Engineering, Creative, Product, and Marketing teams to improve performance across the full customer journey.
A strong emphasis is placed on testing new strategies, improving attribution, optimizing landing-page experiences, and reducing inefficient spend.
You will also have opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline marketing workflows and accelerate experimentation.

Accountabilities:
Build, launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and emerging campaign formats.
Conduct keyword research, expansion, refinement, and negative keyword management to maximize traffic relevance while minimizing wasted advertising spend.
Optimize bidding strategies, budgets, targeting, campaign structures, and account settings based on performance data and business objectives.
Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests covering keywords, audiences, bidding approaches, ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.
Analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for stronger acquisition, improved efficiency, higher-quality leads, and sustainable growth.
Develop and recommend new paid search strategies based on performance trends,
