This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for shaping and securing enterprise email, identity, access, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure across a global environment. You will serve as a subject matter expert across Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, IDAM, VMware, cloud platforms, MDM, and enterprise integrations. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with architecture, transformation, governance, and operational leadership. You will lead complex infrastructure initiatives while improving availability, security, automation, and resilience. Strong collaboration with global IT teams, vendors, and technology partners will be central to your success. Accountabilities




Act as the subject matter expert for Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, identity and access management, SSO, MFA, and enterprise email architecture.
Manage and evolve multi-cloud and on-premises email environments, including Exchange, Office 365, and other enterprise messaging platforms.
Lead email migration, consolidation, security enhancement, archival, and integration initiatives across business-critical applications.
Design, implement, and maintain complex Active Directory environments, including multi-forest/domain architectures, Group Policy, DNS, replication, OU structures, schema management, and backup/restore strategies.
Lead identity lifecycle management and federation initiatives, including ADFS and integrations between identity platforms and enterprise applications.
Serve as the technical SME for VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, Citrix, VMware NSX, Azure Stack, SCCM, SCOM, and related virtualization and infrastructure technolo
