This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Salesforce Developer (Health Cloud & AI) based in India.
This is a senior, hands-on Salesforce engineering role focused on delivering Health Cloud capabilities in an AI-first development environment.
You will build and ship business-critical features using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, and modern integration patterns.
The role combines deep Salesforce expertise with AI-assisted development through tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
You will also integrate AI-powered agents into Salesforce workflows while ensuring enterprise-grade security, quality, and reliability.
Working closely with AI engineering, integration, and delivery teams, you will help accelerate development without compromising engineering standards.
The environment is fast-paced, cooperative, and healthcare-focused, with particular attention to PHI/HIPAA requirements.
Success means delivering roadmap features faster, integrating reusable AI capabilities,



and establishing a higher standard for AI-augmented Salesforce development.

Accountabilities:
Salesforce development: Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Health Cloud features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow in line with the product roadmap.
Integrations: Build and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and external services while coordinating closely with integration specialists.
AI-first development: Use AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar solutions as part of the core daily development workflow.
AI-assisted testing: Apply test-first development practices by using AI to generate unit tests and improve Apex test coverage, while independently validating all generated output.
AI agent integration: Consume and integrate reusable AI agents into Salesforce workflows, including capabilities supporting int
