Accountabilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the complexities, opportunities, pressures, and decision-making dynamics within assigned key payer and provider accounts.
Identify decision drivers, stakeholder priorities, unmet needs, and potential changes in the payer/provider setting, and translate these insights into actionable recommendations for relevant teams.
Build and maintain trusted, strategic relationships with key accounts to anticipate access barriers and align solutions with customer agendas, plans, and objectives.
Identify and develop mutually beneficial partnership opportunities with key accounts to support contracting, tendering, product access, and long-term commercial objectives.
