Own business plans with strategic regional partners, driving alignment, enablement, demand generation, and measurable commercial outcomes.
Define and implement partner market coverage strategies, including segmentation, prioritization, and route-to-market planning.
Develop joint go-to-market solutions, commercial offers, and marketing initiatives designed to generate qualified pipeline.
Align internal sales, partner, delivery, marketing, and other resources to maximize partner performance within the assigned territory.
Establish clear KPIs, monitor performance, manage forecasts, and drive partners toward agreed business and revenue objectives.
