The role covers a broad range of imaging technologies, including CT, MRI, Cath Lab, C-Arms, PET/CT, and Ultrasound systems.
You will diagnose complex technical issues, perform installations and preventive maintenance, and deliver timely field service.
Beyond technical support, you will contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and supporting account activities.

Accountabilities:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair multi-modality medical imaging equipment, including CT, MRI, Cath Lab, C-Arms, PET/CT, Ultrasound, and related systems.
Perform system-level troubleshooting for complex technical issues involving mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic components.
Carry out preventive maintenance, warranty services, and other scheduled service activities to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Act as a primary technical interface for doctors, technicians, and customer representatives, providing clear updates on equipment status and resolving service concerns efficiently.
Build solid, professional relationships with customers and proactively address issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
