This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – Payroll based in India.
This is a hands-on consulting role focused on delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations for North American clients.
You will translate complex payroll requirements into scalable, well-configured solutions aligned with business needs and leading practices.
The role covers the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and fit-gap analysis through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders as well as onshore and offshore functional and technical teams.
A key part of the role involves ensuring payroll calculations, integrations, data conversions, and cross-functional processes perform accurately and reliably.
You will also contribute to client workshops, solution validation, knowledge transfer, and troubleshooting throughout delivery.




This is an excellent prospect for an experienced Oracle HCM professional to take ownership of complex payroll transformation projects in a collaborative consulting environment.

Accountabilities:
Participate in client discovery sessions, business process discussions, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis for Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
Analyze business requirements and develop Functional Solution Designs (FSDs), configuration workbooks, test scripts, and deployment documentation.
Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud Payroll in line with approved business requirements and Oracle leading practices.
Define data conversion requirements, including mapping specifications, validation activities, conversion testing, and resolution of data-related issues.
Partner with technical and cross-functional teams to develop functional specifications for integrations, reports, Fast Formulas, data conversions, and application enhancements.
