Establish automation standards, governance, and best practices that maximize test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency. Experience leading enterprise DevOps automation with expertise in DevOps strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation). Promote Agile development practices and collaboration across globally distributed teams.
