About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Role: Product Owner, Commercial Platforms - Salesforce Platform, Legal & Contract Lifecycle The Team: Market Intelligence's Tools & Technology team partners closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Client Support, Product Management, Legal Operations, Content, and Technology to deliver commercial platforms that support client-facing teams and critical Quote-to-Cash capabilities. The team enables scalable, compliant workflows across Salesforce, CPQ, Conga, agreements, and contract generation, helping front-line commercial teams partner effectively with prospects and customers. The Impact: This role will serve as the Product Owner for Salesforce Platform capabilities aligned to Legal and contract lifecycle management. The Product Owner will manage the roadmap and backlog for CPQ-related contract capabilities,



including Conga agreements and contract generation workflows, while partnering with Legal Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions. Responsibilities: • Own the product roadmap and prioritized backlog for Salesforce Platform capabilities supporting Legal and contract lifecycle workflows. • Partner with Legal Operations, CPQ, Salesforce, Automation, and business stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and business outcomes. • Translate legal, commercial, compliance, and operational requirements into explicit user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready backlog items. • Lead enhancements for Conga, agreements, contract generation, and related CPQ workflows within Salesforce. • Guide agile delivery teams through sprint planning, refinement, execution, testing support, release readiness, and stakeholder communication. • Ensure solutions align with enter
