Job Summary Operation role involves the onboarding, transaction processing and service by ensuring qualitative and providing efficient turn around time . Key Responsibilities Strategy • Defines operational processing and support models and infrastructure requirements. • Identifies and shares best practices with Chief Operating Officer with a view to implementing standardized, simplified and automated processes and providing a competitive service • Engages in high level and detailed discussions with internal and external stakeholders to understand business and client's needs (including outsourcing plans) to develop fit for growth strategies with P&L; affordability and build stronger relationships • Identifies and implements plans that are aligned to the SC Capital strategy / roadmap and Maintain cost within budget.



• Deliver Operations business efficiency target • Drive adoption of digital banking initiatives of SC Capital • Seamless execution and implementation of new Projects / Systems in SC Capital • State of the art service supplier Business • Constantly reviews and improve on service standards and SLA for all lending related products • Brokers the interest and support of senior colleagues to further develop service levels • Is transparent with the business when making cost/ perks "trade offs" • Record and share stakeholder errors/feedback to better ratio of STP Processes • Participates in the initial agreement of service standards with stakeholders and evaluate impact to operations • Participates in customer/stakeholders meetings, help structure deals and review/attain/benchmark service standards & maintain cross border relationships • Maintains service level agreement metrics on turnaround and accuracy • Effective stakeholder engagement to understand and fulfill th
