Key Responsibilities Strategy • Accountable for the regulatory reporting function and its deliverables in accordance with regulatory requirements. Defines and drives the strategic direction for Capital and RWA reporting across Group, Country, and Business. Partners with senior stakeholders to enhance the integrity, consistency, and strategic use of Capital metrics, contributing to optimisation of balance sheet usage and improvement in Group RoTE. Business • Deep subject matter expertise across Basel frameworks (Basel II, III and IV), Capital metrics, and regulatory methodologies. Solid understanding of Banking Products and their impact on Risk Weighted Assets and regulatory capital. Provides expert judgment on methodologies, assumptions, and interpretation of capital outcomes.



Ensures appropriate use of reporting platforms and data sources in line with regulatory expectations including BCBS 239 and PRA requirements. Processes • Owns the end-to-end regulatory capital reporting and control framework. Ensures processes are robust, scalable, and sustainable under regulatory scrutiny. Sets expectations for data quality, controls, and governance standards, and oversees remediation of material issues. Drives strategic transformation through standardisation, simplification, and automation to future-proof the reporting operating model. People & Talent • Collaborate with various teams to resolve Capital issues; transition changes into BAU efficiently that is aligned with the regulatory and bank's technology objectives. Build relationships to improve collaboration across Change, Technology and Business teams to implement changes into Capital CoE Risk Management • Candidate needs to be able to articulate the Capital metrics and drive the discussion with Senior stakeholders across Fi
