The Role Kyndryl is looking for a Modernization Engagement Lead to own delivery of complex, multi ‑ tower modernization programs , bringing together modernization solution components across applications, cloud, mainframe, and network & edge into a single, cohesive client outcome. This role is built for leaders who can drive end ‑ to ‑ end execution,
coordinate dependencies across multiple workstreams, and ensure modernization outcomes are delivered with disciplined program management and strong technical solution leadership. What You Will Do Own delivery of multi ‑ tower modernization programs and ensure outcomes are delivered to scope, schedule, quality, and risk expectations. Coordinate cross ‑ tower teams, delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions across the modernization landscape. Stitch together a single optimized modernization solution spanning multiple domains (e.g., application modernization, cloud migration/modernization, mainframe modernization, N&E; modernization).
