Operations Apprentice - India The Apprenticeship Programme, offered over a duration of 12 or 24 months, is designed to provide participants with meaningful responsibilities and valuable hands-on experience from the outset. You'll work on live processes, support real transactions and help ensure our clients' needs are met accurately, effectively, and safely. What you'll be doing As an Operations Apprentice, you'll support the teams that keep our banking engine running smoothly. You'll: • Support day-to-day processing activities to ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time • Help monitor operational performance and customer service standards • Assist in resolving client queries and improving service outcomes • Track key metrics and maintain data to support reporting and decision-making • Support managers in overseeing transactions and meeting payment obligations • Learn how operational risk and controls work - and help ensure we meet regulatory and policy requirements • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within your team.
