Job Summary Provide comprehensive executive support to the T&O; Cluster CTOO India & South Asia by ensuring effective management of time, priorities, governance activities, communications, stakeholder engagement and administrative operations. The role acts as a trusted partner to the CTOO, enabling efficient execution of strategic, operational and leadership responsibilities across the India & South Asia Cluster. The job holder will operate in a highly dynamic setting requiring exceptional organisation, discretion, stakeholder management and attention to detail. The role serves as a key coordination point between senior executives, business leaders, external stakeholders, and support functions. Purpose : • Provide administrative support and team coordination to the Cluster CTOO, India and South Asia, the India and South Asia Management Team ('MT'),



and wider India country and cluster country colleagues to support the effective operation of the T&O; South Asia cluster teams. Administrative Support: • Manage the diary and provide professional administrative support to the Cluster CTOO, and T&O; MT members. • Manage internal and external calls and appointments in an efficient and timely manner. • Schedule external and internal meetings, video conferences, and conference calls. • Arrange necessary system requirements, access cards, floor access applications for colleague onboarding and offboarding. • Coordinate meetings, governance forums, leadership engagements, townhalls and strategic reviews. • Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions. • Ensure meeting materials are prepared, reviewed and distributed in advance. • Track commitments, actions and follow-ups arising from meetings Travel : • Manage travel arrangements for Technology and Operations, So
