What's the chance? • The Process Excellence team, part of Group Transformation Office, requires a Associate Director Process Universe (PU) Design and Governance, to partner across the organisation, to support the design and implementation of the Process Universe and enhanced process ownership approach across the Bank, and the governance to maintain and manage in BAU. • Underpinned by our ambition and mission to standardise, simplify, and digitise the bank, the Process Excellence (PE) team plays an essential role in providing PE foundational capabilities across the enterprise, to identify challenges and opportunities,



raise our transformation ambition and support relevant delivery activities relating to process optimisation (waste elimination, process simplification, digitisation and automation). What will you do? The role holder will partner with the PE team, Global Process Owners and other PU roles, to support the definition of how the new process universe should be adopted and implemented, support the development of process ownership and operationalise. As well as ensuring this is well managed, maintained and governed on an ongoing basis.
