About the Company D.K. Fiberglass Industry (DKFI) is a Gujarat-based manufacturer of FRP and G10 epoxy laminated insulation components, serving electrical and industrial customers in India and internationally. With in-house manufacturing and precision machining, DKFI produces fiberglass epoxy sheets, blocks, tubes, angles, and CNC-machined components used in dry-type transformers, switchgear, electrical panels, and busbar insulation systems — supplying OEMs worldwide with consistent quality and reliable supply. About the Role We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and represent the company in business meetings across India. The role requires a solid understanding of our production process and order flow so that customer commitments, delivery timelines, and logistics are handled realistically and professionally. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales • Identify, develop, and manage recent business opportunities across domestic and international markets.



• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, quotations, negotiation, order closing, and follow-up. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Client Meetings & Travel • Conduct in-person business meetings with clients within Gujarat and across other states in India, as required. • Be available for outstation travel on short notice to meet clients, attend exhibitions, or close deals. • Represent the company professionally at trade shows, industry events, and client site visits. Production Line & Order Coordination • Maintain a working understanding of the production process for FRP/GPO3/G10/G11 sheets, blocks, tubes, angles, and CNC-machined components. • Track where each client order stands in the production line
