Job Responsibilities: The RSM will be responsible for ensuring achieving growth targets of the company, by driving sales and distribution of all products of the company. · Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in assigned region as per Annual Operating plan of the company and ensure its achievement on monthly basis.



· To plan launch of new products in new and existing stores and territories being managed, along with cross functional teams. · Manage and lead a team to ensure their productivity and performance. · Developing sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education. · Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers. · Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. · Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management. · Monitor and ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies. · Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations. · Stay updated with industry trends, products, and innovations. · Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. · Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new
