Hiring for a Client - ekincare Key Responsibilities Revenue & New Business Acquisition · Own annual sales targets and drive predictable enterprise revenue growth. · Build a strong pipeline of mid-market and large enterprise opportunities. · Identify and acquire new corporate clients through direct selling and partner ecosystems. · Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure. · Achieve quarterly and annual bookings, revenue, and customer acquisition goals. · Develop strategic account plans for high-value prospects. CXO & Enterprise Relationship Management · Engage with CHROs, HR Heads, Benefits Leaders, CFOs, CEOs, and Procurement teams. · Position ekincare's healthcare and perks platform as a strategic workforce productivity solution. · Build long-term executive relationships across enterprise accounts. · Act as a trusted advisor on employee healthcare, benefits optimization, and workforce wellness. Consultative Solution Selling · Understand client challenges around employee health benefits, OPD, insurance utilization, wellness, and healthcare costs.



· Design customized solutions leveraging ekincare's health benefits ecosystem. · Lead solution presentations, business case creation, and ROI discussions. · Conduct discovery workshops and executive presentations. Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion · Collaborate with insurance brokers, consultants, TPAs, insurers, and ecosystem partners. · Develop go-to-market initiatives for new industry verticals. · Expand presence within existing enterprise accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Leadership & Team Development (Director Level) · Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team. · Establish sales processes, forecasting discipline, and pipeline governance. · Coach teams on complex deal management and executive engagement. · Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to maximize customer outcomes.
