The ideal candidate should have experience in instructional design, digital content creation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build impactful training solutions.

NKey Responsibilities

- Create engaging learning content in multiple formats, including videos, reels/shorts, interactive and gamified content, presentations, and SCORM-based modules. N
- Design assessments and evaluations aligned with learning objectives and instructional models. N
- Develop training assetssuch as quick reference guides, product pitches, posters, and bite-sized learning content. N
- Create course curriculums, storyboards, and scripts for training programs. N




- Understand business andtraining requirements to develop customized content for different zones and regions. N
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for content localization and language translations. N
- Conduct field visits and research to understand learner needs, content effectiveness, and usability. N
- Partner with Training Leads, Training Managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture domain knowledge and create relevant learning solutions. N
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop product, process, and customer support training content. N
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning projects and maintain content accuracy through regular updates. N
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including content management and data analysis. N
