NKey Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day investor services to fund managers and investors. N
- Process investor activities including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and account setups accurately and within agreed timelines. N
- Perform initial AML/KYCreviews and verify investor documentation for completeness. N
- Open and maintain investor accounts in accordance with fund documentation, AML requirements, regulations, and internal policies. N
- Review subscription andother investor transaction documents. N
- Communicate with investors via email regarding missing information and routine queries. N
- Provide investors and nominees with statements, contract notes, and other required documentation. N
- Monitor investor information received through email and other communication channels. N
- Prepare MIS and operational reports. N
- Maintain accurate and organized fund and investor records. N
- Support effective handovers between Mumbai and global processing centres. N
- Escalate operational issues to management when required. N
- Participate in global projects, including system enhancements and data conversions. N
- Ensure all activities are completed within agreed SLAs and compliance requirements. N
nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- Prior experience in Financial Services / Investor Services / Fund Administration is preferred. N
- Experience in hedge fund processing will be an added advantage. N
- Positive understanding of AML/KYC and investor documentation. N
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. N
- Graduate degree, preferably in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a numerical discipline. N
- Freshers can also applyfor this role. Candidates who have completed NISM or Imarticus certifications and are 2024 or 2025 pass-outs are eligible to apply. N
