Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Finance Techno-Functional Consultant who combines solid Oracle Financials knowledge with hands-on technical capability. This role is suited to someone who can support production issues, analyze finance processes end to end, and work closely with stakeholders to resolve problems quickly and accurately. Based in Bangalore, this position requires deep experience in Oracle EBS finance support, root-cause analysis, and SLA-driven issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS R12 Finance applications and related business processes.
Analyze,



troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
Support month-end and sub-ledger close activities, including issue investigation and resolution.
Work across Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management as applicable.
Use PL/SQL and related technical analysis to identify root causes and implement fixes or workarounds.
Collaborate with business users, process owners, and technical teams to understand requirements and support end-to-end finance processes.
Review recurring issues, identify opportunities for automation or process improvement, and help strengthen system stability.
Document solutions, support actions, and recurring issues clearly for continuity and knowledge sharing.
