Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Internal Sailing Auditor & Trainer to join our HSEQ team.
NRole Overview:
NIf you believe audits arenot just about checklists but about people, behaviours, and learning, this role is for you.
NAs an Auditor & Trainer he/she will sail with our vessels and impart training on board while engaging with ship staff and actively contribute to raising safety standards onboard.
NYou'll play a visible, hands-on role—conducting audits, facilitating safety conversations, and converting findings into meaningful improvements.
NThis is a frontline HSEQ role, where your sea experience, judgement, and communication skills will directly influence onboard safety culture.
NKey Responsibilities

- Carry out ISM, ISPS, navigation, cargo, mooring audits, safety inspections N
- Deliver onboard safety training to ship staff N
- Assist in Right Ship, PSC inspection preparation N
- Carry out incident investigations and follow-up actions where needed N
- Conduct audits at company offices and third-party sites, when required N




- Undertake additional HSEQ-related tasks as assigned by senior management N

nEligibility & Experience

- n
- 1-2 years of sailing experience as Master Mariner N

- Maritime rules and regulations including ISM / ISPS / MLC N
- SIRE 2.0n
- Rightship RISQ 3.2 N
