- Own the sales strategy, plan and revenue delivery for the entire assigned region. N
- Identify and personallymanage the region's most strategic, high-value, and technically complex accounts. N
- Drive deep application understanding for complex or critical customer requirements. N
- Build and continuously strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders at key customer organisations. N
- Identify new market segments, applications and OEM opportunities within the region. N
- Own and deliver the region's monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. N
- Lead techno-commercial negotiations on large or strategic deals. N
- Take final regional accountability for receivables. N
- Coordinate with production, quality, planning and dispatch teams. N
- Develop and maintain a clear view of the region's market potential. N
- Translate market intelligence into actionable inputs for the Sales & Marketing Head. N
- Prepare and present regional sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and performance reports. N
- Represent Nexthermal atrelevant trade shows, exhibitions and industry forums. N
- Allocate territory/accounts, set individual targets, and provide hands-on technical and commercial guidance. N
- Coordinate with any authorised channel partners/distributors active in the region. N
- Ensure consistent CRM/reporting discipline and account hygiene across the region. N
- Provide input to the Sales & Marketing Head on the region's resourcing needs. N

- Strong working knowledge of heat transfer principles, electrical loading, materials and certifications relevant to industrial heaters and sensors. N
- Ability to engage credibly with customers' senior design and engineering teams. N
- Demonstrated ability toindependently own and grow a region's revenue. N
- Advanced negotiation skills with experience closing large, complex deals. N
