NExperience: 8-12 years in Instructional Design, eLearning, or Learning & Development.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with SMEs to design engaging online learning experiences. N
- Develop instructional content using ADDIE, Backward Design, and Bloom's Taxonomy. N
- Create interactive e-learning modules, assessments, and multimedia content. N
- Work with tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, H5P, Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides. N
- Support learner engagement and continuously improve course effectiveness. N

nRequired Skills:

- Robust understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles. N
- Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms. N
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and content development skills. N
- Experience working withfaculty, trainers, or SMEs is an advantage. N
