NSchedule: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Full-Time)
NWe are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Dental Call Center Specialist to support multiple dental clinics during evening and overnight hours. This is a remote position ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys helping patients and working in a fast-paced workplace.
NResponsibilities:

- Answer inbound patient calls professionally and courteously. N
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments. N
- Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and office policies. N
- Verify patient information and update patient records accurately. N
- Route urgent calls to the appropriate office or provider. N
- Follow call scripts andmaintain exceptional customer service. N
- Work closely with office teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. N

- Previous dental office or dental call center experience preferred. N
- Fluent in English is required;
bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. N
- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental scheduling software is a plus. N
- Excellent communicationand customer service skills. N
- Strong computer and multitasking abilities. N
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office. N
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently. N
