Role Overview

We are seeking a creative & ambitious person to handle our current clients. Manage a bunch of creative people - photographers, editors & designers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Account Management
- Own end-to-end social media strategy for 5 to 7 client accounts simultaneously across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients - attend calls, present monthly strategy,



handle feedback and revisions
- Understand each client's brand voice, industry, and business goals well enough to translate them into content direction
- Manage client expectations on timelines, deliverables, and scope

2. Content Strategy & Planning
- Build monthly/quarterly content calendars per client, aligned to campaigns, product launches, and trending moments
- Define content pillars, posting cadence, and platform-specific strategy for each account
- Stay on top of platform algorithm changes and trends, and adapt client strategies accordingly
- Plan and pitch paid social boost strategies in coordination with performance marketing

3. Team Leadership
- Manage a team of video editors and graphic designers - assign briefs, set deadlines, and review output quality
- Write transparent, actionable creative briefs so the team isn't guessing at client intent
- Run daily/weekly stand-ups to track content pipeline status across
