N3. Developing innovative solutions to continuously position as a cutting-edge source for digital media strategy
N4. Monitor and optimize campaigns to stay within budget constraints
N5. Tailor media plans to resonate with different audience segments
N6. Analyze campaign performance data for insights on impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, CPA, and ROAS to identify strengths and opportunities
N7. Optimize the media mixto strike a balance between different channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions
N8. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of media plans and deliver integrated marketing campaigns

N13. Work with the L&D; team to structure training programs that directly impact work quality along with specific competencies
N14. Promote a culture of research and self-development within the team while organizing regular one-on-one feedback discussions with team members
