NRole Overview:
NWe're hiring a Sales Executive to drive venue and event sales for Yutori Spaces — generating leads, closing bookings, and building lasting client relationships across corporate, social, and experiential event segments.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up on leads for corporate, social, and experiential event bookings.
N
- Conduct site visits andvenue walkthroughs for prospective clients.
N
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and packages tailored to client needs.
N
- Negotiate pricing and close bookings to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
N
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners,



and agencies for repeat
Nbusiness.

- Coordinate with the operations/events team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed bookings.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and conversions in the CRM.

- Track market trends andcompetitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
NRequirements:
N
- 1-3 years of experiencein sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or venue/banquet sales.

- Solid negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
N
- Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
N
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline;
sales or hospitality background preferred.
