NRole Overview
nWe are looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Managers (BDMs) with 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or technology sector. The BDM will be responsible for end-to-end sales ownership — from lead generation to closure — while also onboarding, training, and managing channel partners to strengthen Ulipsu's reach in assigned territories.

nDirect Sales to Schools

- Prospect, identify, and qualify potential schools through market research, networking, and outreach. N
- Conduct product demos and presentations to school owners, principals,



and decision-makers. N
- Drive consultative selling, handle objections, and close deals within defined sales cycles. N
- Deliver revenue targetsconsistently across assigned territories. N

nChannel Partner Onboarding & Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential channel partners (distributors, agencies, education consultants). N
- Train partners on Ulipsu's product, value proposition, and sales processes. N
- Provide partners with sales kits, collateral, and regular updates to enable success. N
- Monitor partner performance, drive accountability on revenue targets, and support them in closures. N
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partners to maximize territory coverage. N

nAccount Management& Renewals
