Service delivery

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) by gaining a thorough understanding of finance and business processes and systems. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial statement interpretation (e.g., profit and loss, balance sheet) by performing detailed analysis and delivering actionable insights. Manage monthly and quarterly closing, budgeting, and forecasting cycles for assigned business units, including data collection, journal entry posting,



variance analysis, and timely report delivery with minimal support.
Exhibit leadership potential by taking on additional responsibilities, reviewing the quality of work, managing and monitoring deliverables to completion, and serving as a backup for the Assistant Manager or Team Lead. Establish yourself as a key point of contact for the business, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency.
Design, automate, and maintain advanced financial models, databases, and dashboards to analyze expenses, headcount, travel, and other key cost drivers.
Act as the primary finance liaison for assigned Profit Centers, resolving stakeholder queries, coordinating deliverables, and fostering transparent communication and trust.
Develop subject-matter expertise in SAP, Anaplan, Analysis for Office, and advanced Excel, troubleshooting issues, standardizing workflows, and driving system or process enhancements.
