The Role NAs a Business DevelopmentExecutive, you will work closely with learners to understand their goals and guide them toward the right programs.
NYou will own the journey from the first conversation to final enrollment, ensuring clarity, trust, and a strong learner experience throughout.

- End-to-end learner conversations from first touchpoint to enrollment N
- Understanding learner goals and guiding them with clarity and empathy N
- Follow-ups, objection handling, and decision support N
- Maintaining quality andconsistency across all interactions N
- Accurate documentation of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes N
- Contributing insights to improve product, marketing, and program experience N
- Building relationships through calls, events, and networking opportunities N
