Jayshree Heritage is an upcoming Indian ethnic fashion and e-commerce brand being built with a vision to bring India’s textile heritage to the contemporary customer.
We are currently building our founding team and are looking for a smart, detail-oriented and technology-friendly person to join us as an E-commerce Product Listing & AI Operations Executive.
What You Will Do
* Upload and manage products on the Jayshree Heritage website
* Create product titles, descriptions and other product information
* Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for content, research and productivity
* Maintain product information in Excel / Google Sheets
* Organize product images, SKUs, pricing, sizes, colors and categories
* Check every product listing for accuracy before publishing
* Coordinate with the product, photography and content teams
* Resize, rename and organize product photographs
* Assist with basic SEO-friendly product descriptions and keywords
* Update prices, inventory and product information when required
* Maintain a clean and organized digital product catalogue
* Help the team use AI and technology to make e-commerce operations faster
Skills We Are Looking For
AI and good computer knowledge are mandatory for this role.
You should be comfortable with:
* ChatGPT or similar AI tools
* Computers and internet research
* Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
* Google Drive
* Basic image handling
* Canva or similar tools will be an advantage
* Fast and accurate typing
* Learning new software and technology
* Written English
* Attention to detail
Previous e-commerce experience is helpful but not mandatory.
We care more about your ability to learn, use technology and work accurately.
