Role Description The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Consultant will work in office in India on a contract basis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions. Daily responsibilities include gathering business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications, and customizing Commerce modules to align with client needs. The role involves participating in workshops,



performing system configuration and testing, troubleshooting issues, and providing user training and post-deployment support. The consultant will also coordinate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with related Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and external systems, while adhering to best practices and project timelines.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, including configuration, customization, and implementation in retail or e-commerce environments.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, CRM) and integration with related systems and services.
