For phase 1, we're training foundational AI models that create building code-compliant BIM models, cost analysis & documentation from 2D building blueprints. We are a small team of 32+ and looking for people passionate about 3D generation/reconstruction. We’re targeting $100B+ prospect in construction’s design, estimation, and planning software—ripe for disruption by AI-first platforms. Our first products are focused on turning 2D building plans into code-compliant BIM models, cost estimates, and construction documentation. To make this possible,



we need exceptionally high-quality training data that accurately represents real-world buildings, engineering systems, and construction workflows.

We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer — AI Data & BIM Quality to own the quality and integrity of the structured data used to train and improve our AI models.
This is a highly hands-on role at the intersection of BIM/CAD, construction, data operations, and AI. You will work directly with our annotation team and CV/ML engineers to identify errors, improve labeling standards, and continuously raise the quality of the data powering our models.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end data submission, annotation, validation, and quality-control process for construction datasets, including CAD, BIM, architectural, structural, and MEP data.
Establish and enforce rigorous data quality standards, annotation guidelines, and QC processes.
