Role Description This is a full-time, in office Team Lead role based in Bengaluru. The Team Lead will oversee a group of interns and junior team members, coordinating day-to-day activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress on projects and learning outcomes. Responsibilities include guiding participants through upskilling programs, providing regular feedback, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.



The role involves collaborating with senior staff to refine training content, streamline processes, and address operational challenges.
